WHAT IS BB DESIRE GLAM's POLICY AND STANDARD PROCEDURE

 

BB Desire Glam Beauty bar Policy

 

We value all of our customers at BB Desire Glam Beauty Bar and thank you for your support and for choosing our business for your beauty needs. Please be advised that all  policy and procedure information is available on www.bbdesireglam.com pertaining to bookings, cancellations, deposits, no shows, orders, returns, and shipping. This has been implemented to the website for you the customer, for customer satisfaction and to prevent any inconvenience in your booking and shopping experience.

General BOOking policies?

online booking

clients must have a reliability rating of at least 4 stars to book online with bb desire glam beauty bar. if you fall below the reliability rating your access to online booking will be revoked. clients are permitted to book their online appointments up to a maximum of 365 days in advance, and a minimum of 24 hours prior to desired appointment date and time. appointments are available for booking every 15 minute interval of availability.

new client policy

all new clients are required to complete all bb desire glam client intake forms. forms are encouraged to be completed and submitted prior to arriving for your scheduled appointment but if not will be required prior to the start of any service. when booking online you will be required to provide your basic contact information as well as place a valid debit/credit card on file to handle your immediate non refundable/non transferrable service deposit. your appointment is not valid if a deposit hasn't been collected.

appointment expectations

please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete client intake forms and for a brief client consultation prior to service. if your service includes lash extensions or makeup applications please ensure you arrive with clean and dry skin and lashes free from any oils, lotions, makeup, moisturizers, mascara, eye liner, etc for the best retention and results. (lash clients) please do not drink any caffeine drinks prior to appointment as it can make you jittery and cause an excessive need to urinate and once service has started you will not be able to get up until service has ended.

late policy

there is a 10 minute grace period on all appointments before you will be required to reschedule your appointment, or even be considered a no call/no show, both which can include a penalty of up to a full service charge and loss of your deposit, as well as prevent you from being able to rebook in the future. please don't hesitate to call or text if there are any issues as we do understand things can happen that are out of the clients control.

no show policy

by booking with bb desire glam you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification.

service|class|training|membership refund\return policy

all of our packages, auto pays, classes, trainings and gift certificates are non transferable to other clients or dates, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. we do not offer refunds for any service, product, class, event, workshop, training, auto pay, or gift certificate, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other products/retail only within our facilities within 3 days of original purchase and in original sealed packaging. we will not accept returns on any visibly worn, used, or damaged goods.

You can cancel your order prior to entering the “processing” phase (order must cancel the same day business days of purchase). The “processing“ phase is when your order has been assigned a product and is preparing to ship.

BB Desire Glam Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel any appointment or order for any reason. 

WHAT IS BB DESIRE GLAM's SHIPPING PROCESS?

BB Desire Glam Beauty processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 (We are open Tuesday- Saturday). Priority Shipping orders are processed within a 24 to 72 hour from the date of purchase.  Orders placed on the weekend, or holidays  will be processed the next business day; unless you select express shipping. 

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF  DELIVERY

Priority  is 2 to 5 Business Days (except pre order items)

If within the continental US, your order should be received within 2 to 5 business days.  Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info.  Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS. 

Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 2 business days (except pre order items)

If your order is placed Monday – Friday by 12 PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day.  You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area Express Mail Area.  (Contact your local post office to check your area).  Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Orders; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount. 

International Shipping

International Express Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days with the exception of preorder items, time varies

International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days with the exception of preorder items, time varies

 You're responsible for all customs and duties fees.

BB Desire Glam can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

 Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

AFO/FPO

Yes we do ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Typically your items will arrive 8-15 business days after processing.  

 

Unverifiable Addresses

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.    

 

Shipping to an Alternate Address

Because cardholder security is important to us; BB Desire Glam Beauty bar does not allow shipping to an address that is different that your credit card billing address.  Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization.  This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed.  

Returned Orders 

You have 7 business days from the date you received your order to return your items.    Please use the address on the invoice to return your item.  We find that the USPS Flat rate box is the least expensive shipping method when returning your item.  Remember to keep record of your tracking number. Once your item is received, please allow 24/48 hours for your return to be processed.  We will send your exchanged item or email you a gift certificate code that can be used on  any of our sites.

SOMETHING WRONG? 

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at info@bbdesireglam.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

Refused Packages

If your package refused or return  from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. BB Desire Glam does not issue refunds.  

Lost Packages 

 BB Desire Glam Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. BB Desire Glam does not issue refunds

Q1.  What is the return policy for BB Desire Glam Boutique, LLC?

 

BB Desire Glam is quality conscience; therefore if you are not 100% happy with any article of clothing*, you are able to make a return within 7 days of receiving your order from the postal service. A store credit will be issued in the form of a online store credit sent via email. Once we have received your return please allow up to 72 hours for processing. No cash or credit refunds.

 Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

 

Q2.  What is your policy on return?

You can return unworn, unused items within 7 days of ship date for an online store credit only.  Items must have all tags attached.  Please be aware if you returns a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc, we will not accept return and you would be responsible for shipping cost to return items. BB Desire Glam reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

 Once an exchange is made, the exchange cannot be returned again for another online store credit or exchange.

Q3.  What items are final sale?

 

Clearance, and some Sales Promotions are final sale items.  Final Sale means that items can not be exchanged or refunded.  If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit or refund and you will be responsible to contact us to pay to have the item shipped back to you.  

ITEMS STAMPED FINAL SALE NO RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

(PLEASE NOTE): If the items are received back to us not in the original condition, they will be mailed back to you).  All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS.

Q5.  Does my Store Credit Expire?

When returning any item, BB Desire Glam will provide a store credits.  Store Credits never expire.  Be careful and always save your email contain your store credit number. We will not replace store credit if it's misplaced or lost.

Q6.  Do you offer refunds or price adjustments?

BB Desire Glam Boutique doesn't offer any form of refund or price adjustment.

If you order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund.  Instead a store credit will be emailed to you.  BB Desire Glam does not issue refunds.
